Welcome to Pikadex.in! We are committed to delivering your favorite Pokémon TCG products to your doorstep in a secure and timely manner. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully before placing an order.

📦 Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Pre-orders and restocks may take longer and will be notified accordingly on the product page.

We offer standard and express delivery options through trusted courier partners.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

📍 Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across India only.

• If your pincode is not serviceable, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements or issue a full refund.

💸 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1999.

• A nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹499 may apply to orders below this threshold orders

🧾 Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

• You can track your shipment directly on our courier partner's website or through the link

  provided.

❗ Delays & Exceptions

• Pikadex.in is not liable for delays caused by the courier company, natural calamities, strikes, or public holidays.

• In rare cases, if we are unable to ship your product, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

🛑 Non-Delivery

• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

• COD orders not accepted at the time of delivery may lead to account suspension for future orders.
